Steps to Apply for Fellowship – Indian Society of Hypertension

Fill the Fellowship Application Form
Complete the official ISH Fellowship application form with all required academic, professional, and research details. -
Application Review & Approval
Submitted applications will be evaluated and reviewed by the Fellowship Committee of the Indian Society of Hypertension. -
Receive Approval Confirmation Email
Eligible applicants approved by the committee will receive an official confirmation email regarding fellowship approval and further instructions. -
Pay the Prescribed Fellowship Fees of Rs 10000 + 18% GST = Rs 11800/-
After approval, candidates are required to submit the fellowship fee through:-

The Fellowship Award will be formally presented during the Annual Conference of the Indian Society of Hypertension in the presence of distinguished faculty and delegates.
